One (1) winner will be selected by random, drawn from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The Contest is offered only in the U.S.. Void where prohibited.
The Win A Free Website Contest starts on May 1, 2008 and the deadline for all entries is July 30, 2008. Mail in entries must be delivered by July 20, 2008 to be valid. Anchor Digital Services, llc. and ByDesign.Studio are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or mislabeled entries.
The Contest is open only to legal residents and businesses of U.S.. Participants may enter a maximum of once per day for the duration of the contest. However, anyone abusing this privilege will have all their entrees removed and be disqualified immediately. There is no age restriction to enter contest. However, if an individual younger than eighteen (18) years of age wins the contest, a guardian of the age of eighteen (18) years of age or older must accompany the winner to claim the prize and ultimately be responsible for the website's final design and content. The contest prize package provides up to 5 website pages based on the many predesigned templates that can be viewed at ByDesign.Studio's website, 2 scanned or imported graphics and the winner's or guardian's provided text. The contest prize package further includes domain name (your own web address) and hosting for one year. Final website design and content will ultimately be left to the discretion of the Webmaster. All entries must be received by July 20, 2006 to be valid. Illegible entries will be considered void. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
On or about July 31, Our sponsor, Anchor Communications will randomly select one (1) winner from among all entrants. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email within three (3) days of the drawing with a request for their address. The potential winner must respond within three (3) days. The Win A Free Website Contest has a retail value of approximately $1000. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Win A Free Website Contest, constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and Province for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's or any Promoter's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by appropriate State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
